How it works - from First contact to the final clear away.

Step 1 -Get in Touch

Start by sending an enquiry with the following details:

  • Preferred date
     
  • Location / venue
     
  • Number of guests
     
  • Type of occasion
     
  • Which menu collection you are interested in
     
  • Any dietary requirements including allergies.
     

We’ll confirm availability and talk through the best options for your event.

 You can choose from one of our Signature Dining Collections:


  • Country House Dining
     
  • Italian Supper
     
  • Middle Eastern Feast
     

Or


 if you’re looking for something completely tailored, we also offer bespoke, chef-led dining experiences.

Once your menu is selected, we’ll provide a clear quotation.

 To confirm your booking, a £300 deposit is required.

Once received, your date is secured and your event is officially booked.

The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

  Around two weeks before your event, we’ll be in touch to confirm:

  • Final guest numbers
     
  • Menu choices
     
  • Dietary requirements
     
  • Service timings
     
  • Any special requests
     

For larger groups, we may recommend limiting main course choices to ensure smooth service.

  On the day of your event, we take care of everything.

We will:

✔️ Arrive in good time to prepare (2 hours before your time of service)
✔️ Cook and plate your menu on site
✔️ Provide professional service staff where required
✔️ Serve your guests smoothly and discreetly
✔️ Clear down the kitchen and dining area

You can relax and enjoy your time with your guests.

 Staffing & Service

For private dining events, professional service staff are provided where required.

  • Up to 15 guests: one server (£18 p/h usually 4 hours)
     
  • Over 15 guests: two servers (at £18 per server per hour)
     

This ensures your event runs smoothly and allows you to fully enjoy the occasion.

  • All food and ingredients
     
  • Menu planning
     
  • Preparation and cooking


  • Table styling including tealight candles and napkins, happy to help decorate if you provide the sparkle!
     
  • Plating and service, happy to top up drinks on request
     
  • Basic clear-down
     

We will confirm any specific equipment requirements in advance.

All we usually need is:

  • Access to a working kitchen
     
  • Fridge and oven space
     
  • Dining table and seating
     
  • Crockery and cutlery (unless agreed otherwise). We have lovely platters, plates & boards.
     

If anything additional is required, we’ll discuss this with you beforehand.
