Menus, Options & Price List

Select which menu & number of options per course

I suggest selecting the menu you like, and choosing one, two or more options for each course. Then share with your guests . I ask for choices at least 10 days before your supper party. Please let me know if any dietary requirements and allergies.

Two Courses from £60pp

Choose starter & main /main & dessert and 1 option per course £60pp

Choose starter & main/main & dessert and 2 options per course £65pp

Three Courses from £70pp

Choose 1 option per course £70pp.

Choose 2 options per courses £75pp.

Four Courses or more from £80pp

Add cheese to finish or start with some canapés to custom your supper party.

THE COUNTRY HOUSE DINING

A refined seasonal menu celebrating the best of British produce, designed for relaxed private dining, weekends away, and special occasions.

A changing selection of fresh leaves, roasted vegetables, toasted nuts, British cheese, and dressing.

Twice-Baked Westcomb Soufflé (v)
Somerset Cheddar soufflé served with  crisp apple salad & tomato chutney,

Chicken Liver Parfait
Smooth chicken liver parfait,with port & madeira, toasted brioche & pickles.

Classic Prawn Cocktail + £3pp

Baby Gem, avocado, lime & sliced wholemeal.

Main Event

Chicken Ballotine with Lemon & Thyme
Gratin dauphinois, seasonal vegetables, and pan jus.

Cider-Braised Pork Belly
Crispy crackling, roasted roots, glazed shallots & cider jus.

Slow-Cooked Sticky Beef Short Rib with Star Anise
Sesame & chili pak-choi, jasmine rice..

Confit Duck Leg with Port & Sour Cherries + £5pp
Tender greens, and creamy mash..

An Italian Supper

A relaxed, generous feast inspired by classic Italian flavours, perfect for sharing, celebrating, and long evenings around the table. Designed for groups who love great food, good wine, and a sociable dining experience.

To start (Choose the Anti pasti or 2 Starters)

Anitpasti (Shared to the table)

A selection of Italian-style boards and platters, featuring:

Cured meats, pecorino, bocconcini with basil pesto, stuffed peppers, olives, rocket & focaccia.


Tomato & Basil Bruschetta (v)
Garlic crostini topped with heritage tomatoes, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
(Add mozzarella or burrata on request)

Courgette, Feta & Mint Salad (v)
Griddled courgette, feta, fresh mint, chilli, and honey dressing.

Goat’s Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Crostin

Main

Served with a tossed green salad with lemon, olive oil & seasalt.


Beef Shin Ragù with Tagliatelle
Slow-cooked beef shin in red wine & tomatoes, Parmesan.

Roasted Chicken & Squash Conchiglioni
Pasta shells filled with smoked chicken, roasted squash, and sage, baked with Parmesan & Fontina.

Penne Arrabbiata (v)
Fresh tomato, garlic, & chillis with basil & Parmesan. Add Chicken Milanese.

Stuffed Aubergine & Walnut Orzo (v)
Rolled aubergine with tomato & walnuts, roasted cherry tomato orzo, basil pesto.

The meal starts with a mezze of cold dips, salads & breads. Add to this a number of hot tapas, and desserts to complete the meal.

A Middle Eastern Feast

A vibrant, sharing-style feast inspired by Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean flavours, designed for relaxed, sociable dining. Perfect for celebrations, summer gatherings, and groups who love colourful, flavour-led food.

To start

Mezze Board (Shared at the table to start)

A generous selection of cold plates and breads, including:

Muhammara, burnt aubergine with yoghurt and dill, labneh with herbs and za’atar, roasted squash with tahini, cauliflower tabbouleh, olives with preserved lemon, flatbreads, and seasonal dips.

Hot Tapas (Choose 3)

Harissa Baked Cauliflower (v)
With rose, honey, and almonds.

Courgettes Stuffed with Lemon Rice & Currants (v)
Fragrant rice, citrus, and sweet spices.

Badargani – Aubergine Rolls (v)
Filled with walnuts and pomegranate.

Meatballs in Sweet & Spiced Tomato Sauce
Slow-cooked meatballs with warming spices.

Ox Cheek Sofrito
Slow-braised ox cheek with orange, garlic, and sweet potato.

Pomegranate Molasses Chicken
Roasted chicken thighs with bulgur wheat salad and herbs.
